$299.00 per person for Double Occupancy
$399.00 per person for Single Occupancy
Cost includes 3 nights accommodations and 8 meals - dinner Thursday through breakfast Sunday.
$75.00 optional "bonus" night for overnight Wednesday 12/8/2021
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot until 11/25/2021.

A group excursion to the Bedford Christmas Village on Saturday Evening.
A special Sunday Morning Guest Speaker and Worship Service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the retreat is cancelled by Singlefaith or cancelled by the White Sulphur Springs Officers Christian Fellowship Conference Center you will receive a FULL REFUND of any/all monies paid, including any $50.00 deposit and including advance payment of $75.00 for the bonus night.
If the retreat takes place as scheduled, and you have paid the entire amount of $299.00 for double occupancy or $399.00 for single occupancy, $50.00 of that full payment is non-refundable. Your refund will be $249.00 or $349.00 depending on the room type.
To reiterate: When you pay a $50.00 deposit to hold your spot, that $50.00 is non-refundable, unless the retreat is canceled by Singlefaith or by the WSS(OCF) Conference Center.
All refund requests must be made in writing by November 25, 2021. To request a refund, send an email to info@singlefaith.org.
After November 25, 2021, there are NO REFUNDS if the retreat takes place as scheduled.

Add an overnight stay Wednesday 12/8/2021 for $75.00. This is a 'bonus' day for your extra refreshment and relaxation, perhaps time to explore the Bedford County area on your own or with others who have also added a day. This $75.00 includes lodging in the same room (and room type - single or double occupancy) in which you will be staying for the 3 nights of the retreat. It also includes a continental breakfast on Thursday 12/9/2021. Thursday lunch is not included.
