TWO NIGHTS, FIVE MEALS:

Need more getaway time?  There is an option to add early arrival on Thursday and an option to stay Sunday Night and depart on  Monday.   

(Tuesday 11/5/2024 is a holiday off work for some people.)

Costs:

2 nights, 5 meals Single Occupancy Room, Private Bathroom $375.00

2 nights, 5 meals Double Occupancy Room, each room has it's own bathroom $250.00 per person

2 nights, 5 meals Shared Dormitory Style Bunk Beds (think indoor camping) $100.00 per person

Double Occupancy $50.00 per person - you must have a roommate to get this price for the extra night

Single Occupancy $100.00

Add Sunday Night

Double Occupancy $50.00 per person - you must have a roommate to get this price for the extra night

Meals are NOT included for additional nights.  There are restaurants and food stores nearby.  

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING ALL WEEKEND? 

This is NOT a retreat, it is a Weekend Getaway.   Times of fun and fellowship will be organized and there will be excursions into the local Harrisburg area.  There will be times to play games, sing karaoke and enjoy a campfire in the firepit.   Camp Hebron's property has walking trails and there are local hiking trails nearby. 

Meal times will be set by the retreat center's dining room - meal times are the only non-flexible "event" for this weekend.

Excursions may be organized to the Pennsylvania State Museum, Fort Hunter, the Harris-Cameron Mansion, America's Transportation Experience (AACA Car Museum), Indian Echo Caverns, Hershey Trolley Works, Zoo America, a mural and outdoor art walk, Pride of the Susquehanna Riverboat

Sylvan View has 35 motel style rooms which were recently updated.  At the link above, scroll down for 360 degree photos of each room style. 

Each room has a private bath. 

The dining room and recreation rooms are in the Sylvan View Retreat Center. 

Bed linens and bath towels are provided.  Bring your clothes and other personal care items. 

Shared Dorm Type Lodging is in the Fern Glade Cottage

Fern Glade is a two story cottage with 8 rooms and bunk beds in each room.  Rooms will be assigned separately for men and women.

There will be a MAXIMUM of 16 reservations sold for the Fern Glade Cottage.  

There are 3 full bathrooms in Fern Glade and additional bathrooms/showers in the gym. 

Bed Linens and towels are not provided.  Bring your own bedding and bath towels in addition to your clothes and personal care items.  You may also bring a pillow and sleeping bag. 

ROOMMATES for double-occupancy in Sylvan View and shared dorm style lodging in Fern Glade

Singlefaith prefers that you specify the name of your roommate (double occupancy) or roommates (triple occupancy) at the time you register and pay.    Singlefaith will attempt to assist in matching you up with a roommate, but there is no guarantee a roommate will be found to share with you.    

The request is that you find a roommate(s) and then register and pay around the same time or within a few days of one another.

CANCELATION POLICY

If the getaway weekend is cancelled by Singlefaith or cancelled by Camp Hebron you will receive a FULL REFUND.      

Cancellations made prior to 14 days in advance of the event will receive a refund minus 25% of the total payment. 

14 days before this event is 10/17/2024.  

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days in advance of the event will receive a refund minus 35% of the total payment. 

7 days before this event is 10/24/2024.  

Cancelations made less than 7 days in advance of the event date will receive a refund minus 50% of the total payment. 

This would be any cancelation made on or after 10/25/2024.  

After 10/30/2024, there are NO REFUNDS.
